WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - called Ed Martin the owner back in September about a key fob, he said it would take 4-weeks to get softwareCalled him every couple of weeks regarding the keyHe gave same answer "it takes awhile", "I am busy, call back later", "I have no idea, I am not near a computer" or just hangs up on meCalled again on the month markReminded him of who I was before I finished he interjects "what do you want"Asked him if the key arrived since it had been over monthsStill gave the same answer "it takes awhile"I told him that is not good enough I have been waiting months with out a keyHe replies "I am busy right now and I am waiting on a call and I cannot help youJust go to the dealer"His customer service has to be the worst I have seen in regards to helping customersNever felt like he cared at all about my business and was always rude over the phone like I was a problemI have also been inside his place of business where he is only on location on WednesdayThe place smells of body oder and there is no AC and only one window open
