I had a family emergency. I’ve been trying to work with her for the past week but she had been calling other contractors that I am not even affiliated with, threatening that she is going to file a complaint against them, though they have nothing to do with the project. I told her the
project will be completed. I ordered the materials and having them delivered there Wednesday. I paid for them and plan on putting them on for free. She is asking for her money back, but we are not even in a binding contract. I would like to finish the job for her

I am rejecting this response because: I cannot trust his word.  I called the stone company [redacted] where he ordered the stones but has not paid for it.  If he comes in on Wednesday, 5/4, to pay for it, they will make the delivery.  We have given him every chance to keep appointments which he cancels nor does he respond to our calls, etc.  I would rather have my money refunded because there is no guarantee of commitment that he will be here on Wednesday 5/4 to complete the work.  He was suppose to meet with us at 5;30pm to day 5/2 and has canceled with no reason.
