RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The response he gave was not accurate. I emailed the credit card cancellation to Michelle. I never filled in any account numbers on it. See my attachment. I simply said if you need anything else let me know. Card Services wrote in their hand writing only one account number and forgot to cancel my second account. They were the ones who made the mistake. I also called my Rep to confirm that my accounts were canceled. Why would I move my account to another merchant services and only cancel one account. Clearly a mistake has been make. It shouldn't even matter who made the mistake, money should never of been deducted from my account and should be returned in full. Why did I stop receiving statements if my account was still open? Why didn't I get any notice when my fee was raised from $36.95 to $56.95. I'm sure there are laws that require notification of rate changes?? This is simply fraud and stealing. If this was me running my business, if a mistake was made and I took money from a customer that I was not untitled to I would return the money without blinking an eye. [redacted] Here is the form. The allegations in this complaint are materially misleadingOriginally only one of the customer's accounts was properly cancelled in 9/**/and thus the fees continued to accrue on the non-cancelled accountAs per customer's contract(as the fees are charged to all opened accounts regardless of
the activity or lack thereof.) Had the account in question been properly cancelled by the customer, the fees would have ceasedCPS reserves all rights
