I requested repair on WinDoor storm sliding glass doorAfter two visits, WinDoor will not return email or calls and provide a correct quote
I have been trying to get a proper quote from WinDoor since first inspection of the broken glass storm door on April 4th?
I was told it was not under warranty and that is ok
*** is the local WinDoor dealer and the first quote from WinDoor had the wrong door measurements(On a $door)
We asked to correct the measurements and eventually another WinDoor employee came to me home to measure again on June 29th
(almost three months after first visit)
He apologized and said he would have the proper quote the next day
That was almost two months ago
Both *** and myself have been trying to get a quote sinceWe have no response from WinDoorI have sent emails to the thee WinDoor employees that I had contacts, left messages and contacted the help department on the websiteI have had no response

We received a delayed delivery on 09/23/and it was partialPaid 40% on this date for a total of 90% paid
We are still missing some pieces to complete the order and neither the Dealer (ASP Windows and Doors or Griffin Building Products) or the Manufacturer can provide a shipping date to complete the order
Now our jobsite is significantly delayed due to this issue

The company has never followed up on its repeated promises to repair a defective window they installed
I purchased sliding glass doors and windows manufactured by Windoor in June From day one, one of the windows leaked
I repeatedly requested the company to repair the window that leaksI sent them pictures that exhibited the water stainsEventually they sent a representative to inspect the windowHe identified the problem, but said he is not the one that makes the repairAfter months elapsed I reminded the company about the needed repairThey promised to schedule a service callSince then I have renewed my request for the repair repeatedlyThe company always promises to schedule a date for the repair, but never does it

I am very disappointed and at this point quite angry with WinDoor We gave Gulf Stream Glass (their reps) a deposit for over $12,in February of (months ago) along with other owners in the Watermark Condo in New Smyrna Beach, FL The order was placed and doors and windows were to be installed starting on June 15, Nothing came in until August when Gulf Stream starting installing that which they had received During this time WinDoor was apparently purchased by someone else and that was the reason for the initial delay Several of us have not received anything to dateI do not blame*** as the cannot install that which they don't have New orders, from other places up and down the beach, placed from October on have come in and been installed I realize that they may have to shut down the line to service these orders that they actually DID INCORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME, but quite frankly I don't care I don't want to have to go through another hurricane season without our doors and windows My next step is to go to the news and see if they can get anything done since WinDoor lies about everything to do with this order The product is a good one, but the management stinks!!

This past spring I ordered several Windoor sliders and windows via Naples Lumber in Naples, FL (***) Ask for Mike in window department.The promised delivery date was June 30, Almost all the products arrived lateEverything except for slider panel eventually was receivedSome as recently as a month agoThe last shipment included slider panel that was shipped broken from the factory, with the promise that it would be replaced as soon as they built a replacementI find myself now months after this items were supposed to be delivered, with no idea when I will received the missing panel and the replacement panelMike at Naples Lumber has all but given up on Windoor as he has at least other contractors in the same situation with no relief in siteI have contacted John A*** (***), sale rep from Windoor and his boss, Dan P*** (***)Both have refused to commit to a delivery date The delays have caused me $1000s in extra labor and work arounds
