RevDex.com: I was contacted by Window and Siding outlet about the damaged windows. I am under the understanding that the windows will be shipped to me and that Window and Siding Outlet will then come and install the windows. Regards, [redacted] ***

from: Jeff A [redacted] to: [redacted] date: Tue, Apr 18, at 4:PMsubject: Re: Revdex.com regarding complaintDear Marcy,in response to the window complaint from [redacted] *** We did install windows as we according to our contract with her, everything went as planned with the install A few month later some of the windows showed blue streaks We contacted [redacted] windows and they replaced the insulated glass units Our company had to pay our guys to go out and replace the glass units the manufacture sent the wrong size width of glassWe installed what they sent us since we had already removed the glass units I talked to [redacted] again today and Rachel handled the call she was helpful and said they would cover the glass but not the installi also contacted [redacted] and had a nice conversation with her today and she helped me to order the exact insulated glass units for the windows that had the blue streaks I believe we are all on the same page and this job is in the process of being taken care of [redacted] has agreed to send out the glass units again at their cost since it was a manufacturing err To be shipped next week.to ***We will send a crew out to install the glass units at our cost as soon as possible.Sincerely, Jeff A [redacted] , Owner Window & Siding Outlet
