We purchased windows from [redacted] at Window Choice on 3/24/We paid a total of $after tax for the windows and installationIn October of 2012, we noticed rain coming through the basement windowsWe called Window Choice and they came outThey felt the water was coming in from the roof we had installedWe had the roof company come and they confirmed it wasn't themWe left it for the winterWe discovered cracks in our foundation and assumed that the water was coming in from the cracksIn and we had the cracks dealt withIn we discovered that the water was still coming in when it rained and called Window Choice backThey came in, looked and said it wasn't doneI asked them to do a water test to see how the water was coming in but they would notWe had a handyman come in to caulk the window further but water is still coming inI finally found another window company that has an excellent rating on [redacted] That company came out and their first comment

My family contacted Window Choice in the summer of to help with our home renovation The consultant, who was very friendly to our newborn child, was informative and provided some excellent suggestions - we felt that he had our best interests at heart The installers were very clean and professional We had a minor issue with one of our screens and they made to sure to rush over a replacement the next day The pricing is extremely reasonable for such a high quality window I've recommended Window Choice to friends and they couldn't be happier!

I highly recommend Windows Choice to anyone who needs new windows I purchased from them a couple case windows a few years back I recall that they had the patience to answer all of my questions and gave me the satisfaction that they cared about my needs Their prices were very competitive
Most recently, the crank piece broke and was no longer functional When I called them, they were very polite and ordered a new crank part for me They scheduled a time and came to replaced the broken part
My experience with this company has always been positive I recommend them when you need new windows
