On April 7, 2018, we put down $toward the purchase and installation window shades and draperies for our home at [redacted] *** The invoice stated delivery would be in 4-weeks Payment was made at our home to Michele W***, the listed owner On about May 1, we called about installation and were told by MsW [redacted] that there was a small delay in the manufacture and that it might be an extra week or so Then about May 20, we called again to say that we needed installation by May and were told by MsW [redacted] that that would be no problem getting installation by then We asked her to keep us informed, but heard nothing On May 6, we called again, but got no answer -- not even a "thank you for calling Window Coverings ..." and left a message after the tone but received no callback Then looking at the Revdex.com website, we noticed that this business may have been closed

I looked up Michele Wbusiness Window Coverings of Colorado on the internet when I moved to Loveland in late FebruaryI drove to the Business address listed on the website Boise Ave Ste Loveland CO to find that the store front was no longer thereI called the number on the website windowcoveringsofcolorado.com And was contacted by Michele Wafter I called the listed business number on the website [redacted]  & [redacted] I was told on March 2nd that the business was ran out of her home and that they did in home consultationsShe came to my home measured windows and doors for blinds and took $2,in cash as payment ad sent me an email receipt I want my refund Check for my $2,She has had my money since March 2nd and has traded repeated emails stating delays in the shipment of the product and broken product once arrivedway over months of delayIn the string of emails she sent a email that the blinds were with the installer but ne
