R[redacted] the General Manager actually came out to our initial appointment. He is very professional, pleasant and easy going. He focuses on perfection and he surely gave us perfection. He went over and above all requirements. The installers were great. I felt like I knew them, even though we just met. Pleasant to be around and felt very safe around them. You can tell they have been doing this a while and were very efficient. They cleaned up after the install and left my house just as clean as when they arrived. We love our new Triple Pane windows and are thinking about the next set of windows we are going to purchase, which will absolutely be from R[redacted] and Window Depot. If you are thinking of purchasing windows call Window Depot, you won't be disappointed.

He was insistent about calling before, during and after the installation, and paid another visit after the windows were in just to make sure we were happy and satisfied. They took pride in their work and ensured we had a great understanding of how the new windows worked. They handled all aspects of the installation with professionalism and cleanliness. The rooms are much warmer (it is still the winter in Ohio) than the old windows. The outside looks great and all of my neighbors are already asking about our new windows. In our search for new windows we looked at 3 window companies. We are confident that our needs would be taken care of and that we made a good choice from the initial consultation with Richard. Their estimate was a little bit higher than the other companies, but their window was much better. It took only 3 weeks to get our new windows installed due to Richard rushed the order because we were moving in and he wanted it completed prior to our move. The installers arrived on time and were very personable and professional. The installation was excellent and they cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased with our purchase and new windows. My grandson and granddaughter are really happy now that they can open the windows so easily. We will recommend Window Depot to friends and family.

Richard came back after the work was done to do a final inspection, and other than a couple minor things, which were easily corrected, everything was perfect. The windows and doors were installed in a timely manner, but made sure to do the job right instead of taking short cuts. The clean up was good and fast also. We had a problem with the glass on the Patio Door with scratches in between the glass. R[redacted] showed up immediatly and inspected the door. It was reordered and installed very quickly, as promised. Our new windows and doors make our entire house look so much newer. Our Triple Pane windows reduce the sound greatly and the air conditioner doesn't seem to run nearly as much. We are very happy with our decision to choose R[redacted] and Window Depot. Thank you.

Richard the General Manager and a new salesguy came out to give us the quote. The experience was very pleasant and professional.

The installer arrived on time and also were very professional. They vacuumed and cleaned up during and after installation. It was impressive how efficient the installers were and the quality of their installation.

My husband and I have been thinking about replacing our windows for 3 months and looked at several window companies. We found Window Depot through the Revdex.com and they had an excellent rating. Richard from Window Depot came out to give us and estimate and they had the best window we have ever seen. The day of the installation was great. Richard's installers are very professional and respectful of my home. I am a local artist and truly can say that the installers are craftsman and artists. You could tell they had a good upbringing and treated my home like it was their mother's. They made sure to clean up after the project and they did a great job.

In the rooms we had the windows replaced, the room is clearly warmer and more cozy. They replaced the woodwork on my bay window and you can tell it is professionally done. Excellent craftsmanship. Also, my old window was blurry and now I can actually see out my window. I am really happy to be able to see out of it and the little rabbit that has made a home there.

We are going to purchase more windows from Window Depot soon and want to acknowledge that they did everything that was promised. Thank you Richard for helping us with this project. We highly recommend Window Depot.
