Window Depot USA of Albany

The window sash was received and delivered to the customer last week. As we told the customer and now the BBB we are at the mercy of the manufacturer when it comes to service parts. We received the sash about 5-6 weeks ago but it was cracked. We ordered a replacement and received it last week and... as stated it was delivered to the customer. Window Depot USA contacted the customer ordered the part necessary to repair the window in question went to the home and fixed the windowThis was done weeks ago and the customer was satisfiedJust want the Revdex.com to know that this was NOT our customer but we repaired the window for her

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  However,, just to clarify their statement that we were not his customer,  they had all our paperwork, and  we did purchase the windows from the Window Depot franchise.  It may now have different owners, but  we talked to and worked with the same people that were there when we originally bought the windows.  We talked to [redacted] on the phone and  John came out, fixed the window in 10 minutes and said that they would come and fix any of the other Window Depot windows if we have any more problems.  We did appreciate that he fixed the window at no charge to us, but would certainly understand a service charge to fix future issues.Thank you for your assistance.
