Review: I ordered windows from the company on 10/**/14. I gave them a deposit of $1966.37 and was told by the representative [redacted] that they would take 3 weeks to be delivered. I had to make some adjustments on 11/*/14 to 3 windows. I knew because of my adjustments it would take a few weeks longer. I contacted the company about 11/**/14 and was told my windows would be delivered on 11/**/14. When I didn't here from the company on 11/**/14, I called them and was told that they would still not be delivered until 12/*/14. I was very upset and was told that the place that makes the windows was backed up. I contacted the place that makes the windows and spoke to [redacted] the supervisor and was told they are backed up and my windows were in production. She explained me that two of the eleven windows I ordered have to come from somewhere else and they haven't even gotten those windows yet. She said I can give them a call this week to find out the status. I contacted them this morning and was told that my windows are still in production and most likely will not be delivered on 12/*/14. This whole process is stressing my out because my contractor can't go any further with work on my house until I get these windows. I feel I was misinformed and mislead into believing I would have my windows by now. If I was told that it would take this long, I would have never gave them my deposit and would have gone with another company and would have had my windows by now. I feel they have not fulfilled their end of the agreement by not delivering as promised.Desired Settlement: I want my deposit back so I can go order my windows from another company who can deliver as promised.

Here at Window Depot Usa our Customers come first and foremost. We work hours upon hours each day to make sure all our customers are taken care of. That being said, as soon as we heard of this misunderstanding we were on the phone with our customer and numerous factory rep's. Problem was the changes made on the order delayed the completion date of the windows. We assured our customer we are doing all we can to get the windows A.S.A.P. The factory has put this order to the front of the line because of the situation.

Stay away from [redacted] and [redacted] from Window Depot. Stay away from Window Depot Period. The Corporate company doesn't nothing. Please stay away these guys just have no idea what is level, what it true and what a [redacted] is!
