I am rejecting this response because: Window Depot did send there people out and finally finished the windows up on 2/They did bring out the Warranty but still no final invoiceThe only paperwork that I have from them is a Proposal signed only by myself from back in September and a copy of the financing paperwork from the bank which is what I believe Window Depot keeps referring to when they say that we signed off on the finished workAs far as I am concerned that is banking paperwork and is for financing only not for completion of workLike I said in previous emails that they asked us to sign the financing paperwork well before they were finished because Darrel claimed that he had to much out of pocket expense and he needed the money to finish the project and like a dummy we agreed I sent off an email yesterday 2/at 10:(I can't seem to attach the e-mail) letting them know that we still haven't resolved the issue about not being able to reach the windows to open them up top, that we are still missing one of the screens and that we have not received a FINAL invoice from Window Depot but that after that I will be more than happy to contact the Revdex.com and mark this issue as resolved but have heard nothing back Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:I most certainly DID NOT sign off on any work order that said I was satisfied with the work nor do I have copies of these so called documentsIf I signed off on everything where are my copies of the signed proposal, invoice and lifetime warranty for the windows. The only thing that WE have ever signed was the original proposal and because we felt bad for Darrel the original installer claiming that he had to much out of pocket expenses, made the huge mistake of trying to help out and signed off on the bank financing before the job was completedWindow Depot did come back out on 1/and after inspecting everything is coming back out today 1/to REINSTALL ALL OF THE WINDOWS as none of them were installed or insulated properlyAfter this is finished I will then make my final decision as to satisfaction of the work provided
Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern regarding the charge back on our merchant machine dated 09/06/
Customer *** & *** called for our Window & Roof Depot to come out to give estimated quotes on aroof & windowsWe did that on 6/27/went to their home to do the measurements for
bothp***uctsThe whole Contract/Proposal was sent up to MrMs*** & ***, and was acceptedTheroof was installed July 6th by Window & Roof DepotThe critical measurement of the windowswere on July 6th by our measure techThis Contract/Proposal was for Supply & Install for bothGoods (Roof/Windows)The order for the windows went in on the 11th of July, and the windows weredelivered to our facility on the 25th of JulyNow during the time between the order and the delivery ofthe windows Ms*** called to cancel the installation of the windows & just wanted Window & RoofDepot to supply the windows only
So when the windows arrived in our showroom she was contacted and told for Supply only windowsWindow & Roof Depot does not deliver the windows, and that she would have to come and pick up hermerchandiseBecause when Window & Roof Depot Install we deliver windowsBut since she breachedthe Contract/Proposal she would be responsible to pick up her windowsWe asked her to let us knowthe dateMs*** responded to say is there a way we could deliver the windows, and how much thedelivery charge would costWe told her the charge, and she agreedSo all the windows were deliveredto their home on the 2nd of AugustDuring the delivery it was noticed that the sliding glass door screenwas not with the deliverySo Window & Roof Depot had the sliding glass door screen remade, anddelivered to them VIA Fon 16th of August
We also have a General Terms and Conditions of Sale (see attached copy) Also when the windowswere delivered to their home Mr*** signed the Customer piCondition/ Delivery form that wehave our customers sign off onHe signed off on the form that everything was in perfect condition.(See attached copy)
Ms*** & Mr*** breached the Contract/ Proposal, and did not pay a dime for the windows and ordelivery due to the have choose to back charge our account due to they say that they needed nail finon their windows? Why did Mr*** sign off on the condition of the windows if they did not have thenail fin on the windows delivered? This is just a lie so that they do not have to pay for their windows. They have also mentioned in an e-mail that the city stopped them from the window install due to moldissues(Dated August see attached) I think that they created new window openings due to the moldissue, and is trying to blame our Company for their mold issue, and having to change their windowsizesMr& Ms*** and *** did not try to delivery windows back to our office on the 12th of Augustour office was open all day
Also we do not want the windows back that it's their merchandise now due to the General Terms andConditions of Sale
Window & Roof Depot would like to request our funds back in the amount of $ 5,in full, for thewindow order, and for the delivery charge that was charged for the delivery of windowsThis is theft ofservices for windows ordered and delivered to the home in *** at *** *** Dr** ***, **.***
Please see attached supporting documents, and signed formsThank you

The customer has signed off on the work that they were satisfiedWe have all the proposals, installer commitment form and bank documentation to prove this( I can attach the documents when I get to the office)We have made a follow up appointment, and have went out to speak with the customer
to see what their issues were.We are in the process of fixing this situation for this customer

In October of 2016, while doing work across the street, our dump truck Chevy Crolled across the street and damaged a Vespa Scooter in which we paid full Blue Book Value in the amount of $She originally requested between $4,and $6,We agreed on full Blue Book value and bought it from
her for $The dump truck also damaged a corner of the fence*** met with ***'s contractor from William * T*** who was supposed to send us a bill for cost of repairHe asked to dispose of his debris in our trailer and did soContractors never contacted *** or Window Depot with an invoice for cost of repairsEvidently there was a larger order done in which we would be under the impression would be billed to *** and we would take care of the cost of what we are responsible for which is roughly $(this includes feet of linear fence, well over the amount of fencing damaged)That is MSRP retail price, or fair market value*** sent over a word document 6/8/(see attached) itemizing what appears to be the work done on her deck by William D T*** and the fence repairs in the amount of $Only about feet of fencing was actually damaged by Window DepotWe will assume responsibility for our cost of damage, however we will not be held accountable for her deck renovation projectAs she stated, she is trying to get as much as she possibly can for whatever she can sue forWe are willing to go above and beyond by offering her a brand new fence, but we will not be paying $6,to $10,Entering into a defamation of character lawsuit involving Window Depot and the Revdex.com will not help her eitherWe have lost at least $30,worth of revenue based on this review alone, which is forcing us to take actionIf this is not cleared up by 9/20/2017, we will have no choice but to enter into third party litigationsPlease let us know how we accommodate within reason to resolve for both parties

Due to the completion was signed off, we were under the understanding that things were fine(please see signed documents attached). However due to customer was not satisfied we are going back out on Monday to fix this customers issues that they have at handThank you

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
Attached is a copy of the proposal Rory emailed me, I signed and gave him a deposit When Matt (their salesman) first came out it was for a repair Their repairman came check told Matt we needed a new roof We were not home at the time Matt then gave us an amount Rory emailed me the proposal clearly states "TEAR OFF THE EXISTING ROOFING AND INSPECT FOR ROT" also "SUPPLY AND INSTALL OF ONE ROOF WITH PACO ARCHITECTURAL SHINGLE" along with the rest of the work and materials NO WHERE does it state a partial roof or overlay on the proposal or we would not have accepted it Our home is a manufactured home that cannot have an overlay, which they knew On the day it was scheduled the materials were delivered and placed on our roof The roofer (their subcontractor) came to the door and stated "they sent the wrong shingles, no worries" He then went back outside and called Rory came back in and told us they were returning all materials and removed all the materials off our roof As he was not doing it because he was told it was an overlay I showed him the contract which he agreed it stated tear off the existing roofing I finally got a hold of Rory and he said I was wrong and they could not do the roof for that price That is was an overlay What did we want to do I said the job done as per the contract He stated it was not a contract but a proposal He told me he was rescinding the proposal as per our agreement I did not see that he said he had days It took us till the 27th to get our funds returned by check after going into the office to ask for it and 2/1/to get our credit placed on our accountfor the remainder of the deposit They are the ones who gave the proposal knowing what needed to be done

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
It took The Revdex.com to be contacted so this company can give us a reason for not communicating with us? Really? After they took our money no communication was heard from them(copies of my emails and phone calls are attached)
Now they are saying we created new window openings? Why would we change the window opening if we accepted the ones they delivered? To make more work for us? I don't think soThe issue is that they delivered the wrong windowsWe ordered Nail fin windows not blocked windowsMy husband didn't notice at the time of delivery that they were blocked windows because he was to busy unloading them and at the time we were still going to have them place themThe paper he sign was "for perfect condition, no damages, no broken glass or seals/beads, or crack and it's in perfect condition"It never said "No Fin" windows
We specifically told the measurement Tech that the siding was going to be replaced (which we tried to get them to do also, but, they never sent anyone for siding ). This Tech guy did nothing but talk, and talk and talkMy husband was concerned about his excessive gabHe wanted him to pay attention and measure rightThat is why we brought windows up to see if they were going to fit and they were about two inches too big!! He was told that the basement was flooded two days before we signed papers so we needed to check windows for mold and rot
Yes, the initial quote was for windows but we then had them change it to include windows, garden window, French door and man doorWhen they told me that the French door and man door was not ordered they asked me if we still wanted themI didn't know they were in the proposal so I said no and they were going to credit us $($was taken for delivery of windows)So, my husband told me that he wanted them to order the French door and man doorI told them and they said I didn't have credit to order theseI didn't have that credit in my account yet! This was the last email and communication I got from them (email attached)
Since we removed the siding we notice rot in two of our windowsWe called the city to come by to check for mold and we couldn't do anything till they showed up (There was no mold but just rot)That is why we told Window Depot that we couldn't have them place them yetWe were planning on having them place them but we didn't know how long the city was going to takeWe also asked if we were going to have reduction on our bill if we took all the windows off for themAnd they came back with only and I quote "$200.00"Wow, their labor is apparently worth 100x what a person is
When we were going to deliver the windows we tried calling them to ask them where we should deliver them because I had two addresses the one in Tacoma and the one that is on the shipping document in AuburnI was told that the owner wasn't there and will give them my messageNever got a call back and so the delivery was not doneWhy would they say they were there if they never called me back? This is the sort of company that needs to be shut down for no customer serviceThey thought I was just going to go away and get stuck with the wrong windows and loose all that moneySorry, but I am a US citizen and I know my rightsAs you can see (from attachments) I tried and tried getting a hold of them to come pick these windows and never received a call or emails (have them prove that they tried to contact us) I should charge them for storage and heartache with this company
So, they don't want the windows backI'll sell them in Craig's list then
The response from Window Depot is almost humorous, it's not funny though because it's complete lies and assumptions!!
Sincerely,*** ***

Window Depot did send there people out and finally finished the windows up on 2/6. They did bring out the Warranty but still no final invoice. The only paperwork that I have from them is a Proposal signed only by myself from back in September and a copy of the financing paperwork from the bank which is what I believe Window Depot keeps referring to when they say that we signed off on the finished work. As far as I am concerned that is banking paperwork and is for financing only not for completion of work. Like I said in previous emails that they asked us to sign the financing paperwork well before they were finished because Darrel claimed that he had to much out of pocket expense and he needed the money to finish the project and like a dummy we agreed.
I sent off an email yesterday 2/8 at 10:37 (I can't seem to attach the e-mail) letting them know that we still haven't resolved the issue about not being able to reach the windows to open them up top, that we are still missing one of the screens and that we have not received a FINAL invoice from Window Depot but that after that I will be more than happy to contact the Revdex.com and mark this issue as resolved but have heard nothing back.
