6000km's have past. any mechanic will tell you that if a wheel is to become loose it will happen within the first 80 km's of driving. to come back after 5 months and 6000 km's anything can happen in this span of time. we do not have the best of roads and a pothole can start a wheel to get loose.and if it becomes unbalanced this can also be a factor.therefore this customer does not have a case nor are we responsible. one thing I can say about us at miramichi chrysler and my self is that you will go a long way to find anybody more customer oriented than us . if there was any chance that this would be our fault there would be no question that I would pay. but in this case this is just trying to take advantage and I won't tolerate it.. all the best

It's nice to receive a response from Mr. McInyre, [redacted] I am not looking for your dealership to personally pay for the damages and I have a hard time understanding as well why a tire would fall off after so many km's. How do we know that this was not a manufacture defect, and not possibly a warranty job (or some parts of it)? I was originally informed that all damges incurred were a result of the tire coming off. This was immediatley (Sept.22)as it still sat in the parking lot, not even on a hoist. [redacted]. It has been in the shop for almost 2 weeks and work still not completed. When I called today I received poor customer service [redacted] I don't know how this is my fault [redacted]
