I was having problems with my sliding glass door. The track was chewed up the door was very hard to open and close. I thought the track needed to be replaced.
I called Window & Glass Pro's because of Revdex.com's a+ rating. They were very knowledgeable and informed me that the problem probably wasn't the track, it was the piece of metal sitting on top of the track and the rollers on the door that needed to be replaced. I made the appointment for the following week.
The appointment to be here between 12 and 3 pm. He called at 11:30 and let me know he was on his way and arrived a few minutes before 12 pm. He was very nice and professional and had the job done in less than a half an hour. Now I can open and close my door with one hand.
I will definitely call Window & Glass Pros again if I need any service.

I have been a customer of Squeeky Kleen windows since 2004, when Chuck owned the company. I have always been a satisfied customer. Chuck came to my house, quoted me a price and that price had small increases from time to time. I booked an appointment for them to clean my windows today. The gentleman who booked the appointment agreed to do it at the same price as last year. That was written on the work order. When the cleaner came to my house, he refused to do it at the agreed upon price and said they would leave unless they were paid more. So they left. I called the office and the person who answered the phone could not believe what happened and totally agreed that this was bad business practice. I received a call back 10 minutes later and the gal said that the price should have been increased and she was sorry that she could not do it for that price. This is poor business practice. An agreement is an agreement. These cleaners should not have the power to up sell and raise the prices on a whim. Where is loyalty???? Buyer beware! I would not recommend.
Perhaps this company ([redacted]) does not specialize in air duct cleaning, but they offer this service and we hired them to clean our air ducts. I wasn't home when the service was done; my husband was. He said that the house literally filled with dust and dirt as the rotating brush came through one of the vents. By the time they were through our whole house was filled, covered with a layer of dirt. I have had to wear an allergy mask since I came home and have been mopping, dusting, washing bed clothes and blankets. I have at least another day or two of cleaning my house (walls, curtains, floors, furniture). The workers did not wear a mask and they were both coughing; one man told my husband that he has COPD and does the window cleaning but was told to work on this project. I have never been so dissatisfied with a service throughout my entire life (I am 63 years old).
Stay Away from Squeeky Kleen Windows! I am not sure if they have had a change of ownership or change of management but it is no longer the company that used to do good business. They do not keep their word on pricing and do not seem to care about customer service or commitments.
I have several properties (including my own home) where we have used Squeeky Kleen windows for years. I am putting one of the properties up for sale and had scheduled all the work to be done on the property with the last being getting the windows cleaned. I scheduled the job weeks in advance to ensure the windows would be cleaned for the day the house goes on the market. When I called, I asked the individual answering the phone to please pull information on the house since they had done the windows before; she was able to immediately pull up the property in their system. The last time I had ordered windows to be cleaned on that house by Squeeky Kleen was in 2009 (renters have had them cleaned since then, I don't know what company the renters used). I asked that based on all the information they had in their system, could they give me a firm quote since I was getting other bids. She said yes, that previously the job at that property had always been $120 but since they had a price increase of $20, the most it would be was $140. I confirmed that several times on the phone and she said she wrote it into the appointment for that day. I already had two other bids (one where they looked at the house in person) for $120 and $140 but because I had used Squeeky Kleen in the past, I booked the appointment. I emphasized the criticality of ensuring they cleaned the windows as committed because I was putting the house up for sale the day of the appointment.
The appointment was scheduled for an early Saturday morning. Three days prior to the appointment I called to see if they could move the time to a little later the same day. While I was on the phone, the young lady answering said she could move it later in the day but that she had made a mistake and they could no longer do it for the price she quoted. She said she was new and I asked to speak with the manager. She indicated she would have the manager call me.
I received a call from Tiffany who stated she was the manager. She said that even though it was done for $120 in the past and the only increase they had was $20, they just don't do windows for that price. That their minimum price is $160. I told her that was putting me in a bind and that was not very good customer service. That I had called weeks in advance to book this appointment on a particular day and had other cheaper bids but now did not know if I could get the other companies out last minute. She then said I would have been even more unhappy if they had showed up on Saturday and told me it was going to be $240. I told her that was terrible business practice and was a bait and switch. She said it wasn't a bait and switch because I was getting advance notice. I noted that the only reason I had advance notice was because I had called about the time of the appointment and further, three days was not enough notice to scramble and find another window cleaner for the same time.
I said that I was now pressed for time and this was causing a lot of stress when I was preparing my house for sale. I said that even though they quoted $120-140 that I would go ahead and pay the increased price of $160. She said she would do me a "favor" and do it for $200. I stated that was not the price that was agreed upon and that had they given me that price up front, I could have hired one of the other window cleaning companies. She then said "Well, do you have a written invoice or estimate for that price?" That felt particularly deceptive since she knew they had quoted me the wrong price. I stated that both the woman I spoke with earlier as well as herself had started the conversation by stating they had confirmed at the $120-140 price and that it was in their computer system and attached to my appointment on that date.
I concluded the call by stating that I am hiring one of the other window cleaning companies and that I intended to report this to the Revdex.com and post on Yelp; Tiffany stated they didn't care.

Review: This company promises to return to clean your windows if it rains within 1 week of their service. My home was serviced in December and it rained within a week. I contacted the company to honor their warranty and clean the windows that were affected by the rain. They told me there were no techs in the area any time soon and that they would contact me. I have called since and have had no response. It is now the middle of February.Desired Settlement: Please honor the warranty and clean my window.

We just purchase a house that had seven windows with moisture between the panes that needed to be replaced. We got an allowance of $300 per pane at closing. The seller’s home inspector recommended Window & Glass Pros as one of three companies to call for an estimate. They came in below the allowance and the other two companies so we went with them.
Everything went as expected. They showed up on time for both the estimate and the installation. Workmanship was great and very friendly. [redacted] in the office was always on top of the order and could answer our questions.
Would recommend to everyone.
