This project was contracted to be custom built under the existing roof My before pictures reflect the problems you are describing were not installed or affected by Window King installing your custom enclosure Your first call is noted as requesting areas to be re-caulked, "a fifteen minute job" A technician was sent to re-caulk those concerns During that visit you brought up this concern [redacted] and [redacted] were sent out and they evaluated the job [redacted] agrees that he said it needed to be corrected ***, however, was not the original installer and was not familiar the job that Window King completed for you I understand that you are less than satisfied with your many many calls to the installers and foremen, trying to schedule this repair work to be done The installers schedules are set by the office not by the individual worker I understand [redacted] reached out to you and attempted to schedule caulking, but with your limited availability in your schedule, weather and other jobs in progress prevented us from servicing the caulk as soon as we would have liked too As a homeowner myself, I understand that this condition has caused you great concern I am scanning pictures from the Window King file and of your home to remind you that the work we did to your home did not involve the roof, soffit, facia, or gutter area of your roof The responsibility for the problems clearly lies with the contractor that constructed your patio roof

I have attached a copy of the contract for you The contract reflects a wood sub-floor and not a finished floor We honored that part of the contract. The screen has taken some extra time to get from our manufacturer We had to completely reorder the screen, because it did not pass Window King's quality standards We ordered that screen from the sizes and measures from our invoice It was delivered to our office on the 21st The screen was taken to your home as you requested later that afternoon Thursday the 22nd you came to the office and said you could not get the screen in and we scheduled an appointment on Saturday morning to take it to you The installer tells me that the screen was made too large and he will correct it on Monday and call you Monday to set a time for the installation

"It's like looking through a new pair of glasses." The professionals over at Window King Really listen & know what they are doing Makes my home look years newer Highly recommended

Response to Revdex.com CompaintOn April 16, 2016, Salesman A [redacted] visited the home of Mrs [redacted] at her request for replacement glass.Contract dated April 16, 2016, between Mrs [redacted] was written for Pieces of replacement tempered glassOne piece was ? x for a door and another was ? x ? The cost the the glass, measure, install and year replacement warranty was $ The contract reflects that Mrs [redacted] paid in fullWindow King never requires more than a 50% deposit on special order glass as a matter of company policy. The Glass was ordered to be made by our glass supplier and we were waiting for the supplier to deliver Tempered glass that is required by code requires extra lead time for the delivery, due to extra steps in manufacturing process There is not anything that we can do to speed this process up at the factory.During this time the office manager had seperate personal emergencies in her family and was answering calls from remote locations***, did try during this difficult time to keep up with customer contact from hospitals and funeral homes This did not affect Mrs [redacted] ’s order in any way since it was in the manufacturing process On the morning of April 28, Mr [redacted] called Mrs [redacted] to discuss the status of her order I was in the office and witnessed the entire conversation At no time, did I witness Mr [redacted] curse, call Mrs [redacted] names or speak ill to her.He wanted to make sure that she was up to date and fully aware of everything that was happening with her order He explained that we had put a RUSH on the order, but the glass arrived damaged and was not suitable to put in He did try to explain why, our communication had been below our ***l level and assure her that we were working with the glass supplier to get the glass replaced as soon as possible The date the factory gave us for delivery for another piece was Tuesday May 4, This is still less than the ***l lead time for tempered glass for doors She was very angry and did not want to hear that we may not be able to cancel the order, since the factory had already cut one piece and we had invested time and money in the job for measures and ordering glazing bead for the glass from another vendor Mr [redacted] offered to let her think this situation over, contact other glass suppliers for their lead time on large pieces of tempered glass Mrs, [redacted] was so angry she hung up on him after he told her that he would refund her money, and please come to the office listed on her contract for the refund.Mr [redacted] , offered Mrs [redacted] a refund, and ask that she come to the office to sign a Hold Harmless Agreement before receiving the refund This will hold Window King LLC harmless from any damages, injuries or extra costs that she may incur putting in other glass, that doesn’t meet Window King LLC’s standards and the local building code In this agreement she will also agree to not negatively post on social media about this event since I believe she has been offered the fastest service for her requests that we could give The check and the hold harmless agreement have been in the office since the morning of April awaiting her, so I am unclear what more she would like from Window King as a resolution[redacted] Office manager

Horrible customer service. Lack of caring at all about time frame. Pushed my project back two weeks past the expected date. Canceled order and ordered from a local hardware store. I think I lost my deposit. I don't know. Never got a call back.
I DO NOT RECOMMENED this company. I was warned buy a local contracter that this happens a lot.

So far Window King has installed 8 oversized windows for our 30 year old home and done an excellent job. I could not be happier, from the estimate to the installation it could not have been easier. The installation professional are just that professional, very impressed. I have and will be recommending them to all of my friends. Thank you [redacted]!

This was the third time we have had the pleasure of working with Window King.
