In Regards to Ms*** her project was completed and had a service issue during installHer replacement part was turned over to the service department of our partnership with Window Depot of ArkansasWe have a back log of emails and correspondence asking them to service this client and according
to our records the file was closedDue to this and other internal issues Window Medics DFW has terminated this partnershipAs soon as we were aware of this issue we called Ms*** and within hours had a tech at her house to not just repair the sash but to replace the whole window just to make sure there are no future problemsAs soon as the window is out of production we will call Ms*** and, for security and confidentiality I will not elaborate any further, make arrangements to quickly replace her windowMs*** we apologize for all your trouble and we have checks in our system to make sure this never happens againThe first being Window Medics does not except payment unless the job is doneAs we do a lot of business sometimes things get missed however it is the little things that make the difference and this is now handled at the topNo one is to accept payment until the job is complete

successfully resolved. I wish to update the complaint with this information. Windows were repaired as originally requested although several months later after filing a complaint with Revdex.com. I appreciate the Revdex.com’s help
