I have been in an ongoing issue with The Window Store that has lasted monthsThe field personnel are excellent and seem to want to provide good serviceHowever, during their install they had the wrong windows and in turn had to cut the interior window sill and enclosureThey had some difficulty with this and we now require some paintingThe main concern is internallyThey have ordered the wrong material multiple times and did it againThey showed up on site with a replacement window and a screenUnfortunately the screen was for a window and not for the door that was neededThey had damaged the spray nozzle on the sink and have yet to get this repairedThis has been going on since Feburary 6th

We purchased a very expensive door and install The workmanship was shoddy and the door has never shut properly and it continues to have a draft The door itself does not fit the frame correctly and the strike plate was installed with tiny screws that keep popping out Although Mr [redacted] came back out the issue was never resolved

We moved into a home that need ALL new windows, after estimates we decided on The Window StoreFrom start to finish, they did exactly what they said they'd do, it cost exactly what they said it would costFrom the salesman to the installers (to include owner) they were nothing short of professional, courteous, clean (cleaner than when they started) and honest We love, love, love our windows I will (and do) recommend The Window Store to anyone who needs windowsThank you for doing a FABULOUS job!!

I have been in an ongoing issue with The Window Store that has lasted months. The field personnel are excellent and seem to want to provide good service. However, during their install they had the wrong windows and in turn had to cut the interior window sill and enclosure. They had some difficulty with this and we now require some painting. The main concern is internally. They have ordered the wrong material multiple times and did it again. They showed up on site with a replacement window and a screen. Unfortunately the screen was for a window and not for the door that was needed. They had damaged the spray nozzle on the sink and have yet to get this repaired. This has been going on since Feburary 6th.

We ordered 15 windows on 11-4-14. This job is still not complete as of today. It was to take 3-6 weeks to complete. We are now in week 14 (100 days). Some windows were not ordered, some were the wrong type, one did not fit any windows in our house. We have had nothing but excuses about why all this happened. It has been a bad experience. The owner [redacted] was the one who came out and measured the windows so there would be no mistakes, This is by far the worst experience I has ever had with any business.
