There are some inaccuracies in the statements made by Mr. [redacted].  There were a couple of windows which did not have an ideal fit for the opening which sometimes happens with window replacement and the procedure for which and possibility of this is clearly outlined in the original sales contract...

documentation.  The original contract was signed on 4/21/17 and the majority of the job was completed on May 26th.  The two replacement windows that were reordered were installed on June 21st after we received the custom-made replacements.  On June 26th, we were informed by the customer that there was a dent in the screen door.  Although screens are not covered under our warranty, we ordered a replacement screen frame for the customer from the factory.  There was some delay by the factory as they changed vendors for the extrusion in the patio door screens.  The replacement patio door frame was scheduled for October 26th but had to be rescheduled at the request of the customer.  It was rescheduled for November 14th and the customer signed the completion certificate at that time.  Customer called and left us a voicemail outside of business hours on the weekend of November 18/19 informing us that the replacement patio door screen was lacking a handle.  The customer was called when the business reopened on that on November 20th and scheduled to have the handle replaced on 11/28.  The handle was installed on 11/28 and the customer signed the completion certificate at that time.  At this point, our understanding is that the issues are resolved.
