canceling scheduled appiontment scheduled my appoint ment on 9/17/for quote on 9/30/on 9/27/I got an email to confirm my appoint on 9/30/A few hours later I received a phone call saying that they needed to reschedule the appointment I had confirmed They said there next available is 10/11/ I am disappointed a company with a A+ rating would confirm appointment then reschedule for a date further out then what I hadI just wanted someone to explain there different windows and measure so I could place my order for windows knowing it would be plus week to receive in and possible longer to install

Just got my new windows from Window World, and I love them! The install went smoothI would recommend to everyone

Window World is the best!!! Our sales representative, [redacted] was awesome!!! He explained all of the windows that Window World had to offer, and even demonstrated just how hard it was to break one of their windows by putting it on the cement and jumping on itIt could not be brokenAll their windows are energy efficient, AND Then to top that off they have a lifetime warranty on their windowsAftern our windows were installed our sales representative contacted us again just to ensure that we were totally happy with our windows and the entire processI am very pleased with my dealings with Window World & will be recommending them to anyone who needs WindowsTHANK YOU WINDOW WORLD!!!!ð ð

I will not use or recommend this company! Cancelled first appointment the day after Thanksiving 11-25-16 (This is after I was assured that they would come this day and cancelled plans with out of town family) I even called to confirm the appointment after receiving several additional calls to set up an appointment after already having one set up. Rescheduled the canceled appointment for 11-29-16 and no one showed up! No call either so I called and left a message and did not receive a call as of now! They sure new my number when they were trying to set up an appointment as several people called several times to set up several appts. when I already had one scheduled! Very disappointed in this company!

Great Service. I was a little hesitant because competitors kept bad mouthing them but both my neighbors and I are extremely satisfied. No pressure and Professional!
