I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me It took involving the Revdex.com in order to get the job completed It's not as if the window company wasn't aware of the color of the windows since January 2,or about all of our complaints along the way The job is finally completed satisfactory after from the start of the installation date Regards, [redacted]

In regards to the issue concerning customer complaint by Mrs*** ***: The issue for Mrs*** has been taken care of as of today, September 4th Our installation crew was out last Friday, August 28th to meet with Mr*** to address his concerns The
main concern was with the exterior wrapping and caulking on the windows, as well as some interior finish trim work While out last week, the installer informed the customer that we would be entirely replacing all the exterior wrapping and caulking on all windows, as well as replacing the interior trim work Due to the specific color of wrapping, the installer had to make two trips to complete the work, as he did not have enough of the specific color More material was ordered, and the job was completed this morning Mr*** was there to oversee the work, and was happy with the resolution to their issues

The processing of this job was a simple clerical error which was reversed immediately within hrsCustomer was explained thisJob was completed on 7-28-in its entiretyOur field manager was present to inspect the job

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.   It took involving the Revdex.com in order to get the job completed.  It's not as if the window company wasn't aware of the color of the windows since January 2,2015 or about all of our complaints along the way.  The job is finally completed satisfactory after 245 from the start of the installation date.  Regards,   [redacted]
