I have reached out to Mrs***, and reviewed her concernsShe had four windows in her basement, one of the four openings, was a few inches smaller than they other threeI explained that we were unable to identify the actual measurements until we pull her old window.It did need to be reordered
We did reorder it, and she now has all windows installedI have offered to credit her account for two window in the amount of $This we believe to be very fair consideration. The contract was signed on 4/26/with a start date before 6/7/we had her last window installed 6/27/16.Also we have expressed our apologies for falling short of her expectations

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #*** but I am willing to accept the business response to move on with this issue I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved I just want to add that the business, Mr***, represented that Window World would not know the exact measurement of the windows until they are open This was not represented to me during my consultation but again my window was open twice and they still did not get the measurement right I want other consumers to know how Window World operates You trust a company to do the job they say they're going to do and people like Mr*** call you unaware of the issues, does not represent himself professionally and talks to you like you're stupid and basically calls you a liar I want to thank the Revdex.com for allowing consumers to have a voice and be heardIf Window World did not receive my complaint through the Revdex.com they would have not responded to my calls and we would have never had a conversation to resolve this issue.
