We have told all of our customers that our average lead time is 6-weeks so I'm not sure why there was confusion there. We have been running behind a little so now we are around weeks. We did schedule their installation on 8-21-(weeks out) but our installer was taking
the day off to be with his kids during the total eclipse. Had we known that sooner, we would've scheduled the week differently. We rescheduled their installation on 8-28-and it's raining today, so we told her husband that we would be out there tomorrow (8-29) to start. I apologize for the delay in their project but we're doing the best we can. We have been communicating with her husband, ***, throughout the process. We even told him not to board the dogs today because rain was probable and we didn't want him to waste money on that. They will be pleased with the end result
