I am fed up with company's incompetence with order, delivery, and installation I placed an order with this company 09/08/for windows The salesman, ***, seemed competent, kind and knowledgeable I was told the order would take 6-weeks for installation but they would keep me informed as to the progress of my order They contacted me in mid October that they needed to come and remeasure the windows, which they did, but they assured me this was standard practice and my order was still on track for timely delivery I never heard from them again I made contact during the 9th week to inquire Was told they could install my windows Nov(which would be passed the window of time promised to me) They informed me they had my windows from the manufacturer but no available installer I voiced my frustration They promptly called me back and scheduled an installation for Nov before 1: I received a call on Nov at 1:from the installer that he would not be able to

One of my windows was not ordered with the others and the pattern on one of my window is different I ordered windows for my house in December 2016, I received the windows in February One of the windows was not orderedI then had to order the window and pay more money to take care of that window because [redacted] said it was not charged in the initial orderI also had to take off work so that they could put that window in which came in May At the time I ordered that window they was suppose to order a strip to go in the window that was on the front of my house with a different pattern from the othersI called to check on the strip to find out it had never been orderedFinally it came in and an appointment was set for Friday the 30th I said ok, they called me back on Monday the 26th they wanted to set the date for Thursday the 29th at 1:I told the receptionist that I had an appointment for Friday already and she said they were needing to change it to Thursday so I

Door installation is unacceptable and has not been resolved Purchased new doors in April - took six months for doors to come in - almost $3, Doors were finally installed in late August Noticed problems with the doors as well as existing storm doors which were not re-installed correctly I was charge an additional $each for my storms doors to be re-installed My front storm door now needs to be replaced Company sent someone to look at the doors and agreed what needed to be repaired Company has cancelled twice and my doors still need repair I just had new wood floors installed and new carpet and do not want this repair to destroy my new floorsI do not believe this company should be selling doors I did purchase my windows from them and had no problems I had recommended them to neighbors but do not recommend this company at allMy old doors were in much better shape than my new doors This is very frustrating I am trying to work and get this completed

Poor customer service when it comes to installation time frame I started the process of getting new windows back late April early May Today is July 28, and my Windows are not installed They were supposed to install windows today but cancelled installation which is the third time they have cancelled I called Window World the day before to ensure they was coming out They did not confirm they were coming on call and said they would call me back I did not receive a call back and had to call them the morning of installation They have turn this window purchase into a nightmare of frustration I am not pleased with there service and will not recommend their service to anyone

Terrible workmanship!! Terrible at returning phone calls!!! They don't keep their promises!!! They lie to your face!!! No professionalism at all!!! Project began on Nov - finally completed in January - in meantime, our floors were ruined from rainwater running in because gutters had not been replaced yet - NOW they tell me the subcontractor had no liability insurance!! Well - who's going to pay for my ruined floors???? Also still have one window that is cracked and not replaced AND the new gutters are installed so that the water runs back onto the house and down the siding!!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! If there was a less than star that is what they would get!!!

years! It's been two years! I've called a dozen times I quit calling after about a year I'm calling them again now I hate when people post reviews online in a negative manner honestly, as a business owner myself, I've had one bad review, and that was after exhausting all of our efforts to satisfy an insane person over a can of glue Well, this is my business We paid Window World a lot of money to come out and replace all of our windows They rescheduled on us twice and after months of waiting, they came out and replaced the windows, while my husband and I were on the one week of vacation that we take off every year Well, I called again today and was told that a man would be here on November 1st Well, two of our windows don't even close because they do not fit They left busted glass all over the city that has yet to be cleaned up, not to mention that my employees had to dodge glass slivers shooting in their directions while attempting to answer the phones all that day! Obsurd! My brand new roof liner we had just paid $30,for, is still covered in glass, and the sidewalks, and all of the grass and dirt outside is still filled with glass, and we are still finding glass inside of all of our desks and file cabinets! I've picked up glass for two years!!!! My sheetrock that had just been replaced before the windows were, is swollen and water stains all the way down to my hardwood floors, which we also had just put in before we got new windows, because every time it rains, the rain pours in, which was the reason for the new windows to begin with The windows do not close so we have to put bars above them to leave at night, to keep from being robbed, which is another thing We had permanent bars on the windows, but cannot reinstall them, until they replace these two windows, so every single night I have to run bars over these windows! Every single night! The only way this is going to be removed from this website, is for them to come out here and replace the windows that were measured wrong to begin with, so that we can lock them, fix the sills so the windows do not leak, and clean up all of the remaining glass I've called for two years This is where I draw the line I'm the most patient person in the universe but am extremely tired of being taken advantage of So, hopefully, this message will reach the intended parties, and as a fellow business owner, I would hope that they will do what they are supposed to do! If not, I'll hire someone else and move on But I do have a very loud mouth, so as of yet, I've not said a word But, I will I want this problem rectified by someone in that business who cares, and in a professional manner! They took sledge hammers and busted out the windows all over the city block out here Why?! When they were replacing the windows, did they not just pull out the old windows in one piece?! Why did they install windows that obviously did not fit the space?! Makes no sense! And why the first times I called to get help, did some old hateful lady answer their telephone every time and nobody has ever called me back to discuss this no matter how nice I try to be?! Well, a very nice young lady answered the phone today and she put me on hold and spoke to someone and came back and said that they did schedule a date SIX more weeks from now on Nov1st, for someone to come and LOOK at the problems We shall see! If I end up paying for another company to deal with all of this, I might just hire our attorney to file suit, as this really is absolutely ridiculous! Terrible service all the way around! Discounted windows really?! Not happy! And yes, we run a service business ourselves! So this review physically makes me sick to even have to write!

Ordered replacement windows in February Was told by salesman that it would take - weeks after order was placed because they were manufactured in North Carolina and that I would receive a call to schedule installation In April I called to check on the order after not having heard from anyone and they said the windows would be installed in May Three days before the May installation, they called to reschedule saying they were running behind and they rescheduled the installation for June Received a call on June to confirm that they would be installing between noon and p.mon June I took the day off of work to be here for the installation and as of p.mthey have still not arrived Not impressed with this company in terms of their ability to estimate delivery of their product

Delivery and install of a double pane window that has a gas leak and the replacement under warranty of that window I ordered a replacement window, under warranty, last February - several months later when the window came in they called to schedule an install - that was the first cancelled scheduled appointment - there were more after that over a month period The window was delivered for install with the delivery person telling me that Window World crew was on their way to install it as scheduled It is now propped up in a box against a tree in my driveway and has been there for days They have not come to install it and have not called me about why they did not show up

Poor customer service I signed a contract with Window World on 5/18/2018. They told me that fabrication of the windows would take 6-8 weeks and they would call me to schedule. They finally called me in mid September (4 month later) to schedule and gave me a date of 9/27/2018 with an arrival time between 12 and 2 PM for my installation. Not only did no one show up, no one called to inform me they would not be coming, mine you I had arranged childcare for my son, rearranged furniture to make the windows accessible, and taking down window coverings. They blamed the rain and asked to reschedule when I called them. They gave me a new date of 10/10/2018 (today), again between 12 and 2 PM. Again, I had to call after 2 when no one had shown up, at which time they told me that they were running behind and it would be 3:45 PM. The installer called at 3:10 and said GPS told him he'd be here at 3:30. He I sit at 4:15 and still no window installer and no call.

Seven months and sliders not completely installed I signed a contract on October 3, 2016 to have four sliding doors and one window replaced. The first installation date was January 13, that I had to call and get set up myself, since I was told the doors would be installed the first of December. No one called to confirm this install, so I called them and learned the crew wasn't sufficient to install my doors. January 26th was the second install date and again, no one showed. January 31st a crew of four came to my house and installed the doors and window. They did not have all the materials needed and another crewman had to bring some materials while the others sat around waiting. One set of sliders was manufactured backwards and were installled against our protests. Two other panels did not have the double prairie grids but were installed anyway.
