Despite what the webpage says for all of the Window Worlds, you will not receive exceptional or superior customer service if you get a garage door from the Clarksville locationWe chose WW to install our garage door because we had heard such good reviews about their window installation servicesHowever, there seems to be a lack of communication between WW and their subcontractorsIt took nearly months to get a garage door installed and they left a huge pile of debris for us to clean upThere were nails, screws, bolts, etcleft on the ground everywhere, alsoThe subcontractors are not reliable

we had our windows installed late 2013 by window world of Clarksville tn. we were experiencing a cold spot in one of the rooms for the past 2 years. when we called to have someone to check them to ensure that they were not leaking we were given a time and a date that the person would be here. after the appointed time came and went, we called the office to see what happened. we were told that the installer had been sent to the wrong home. after some discussion, we were promised that someone would be out to check our windows out that same day. the person came and discovered that the windows could not be locked and stated that the reason was because the sash was not the correct dimensions. he took down the serial numbers and told us that it would be about 2 weeks before they came in. he came on 9-19-16. we called today to check the status (9-30-16) and were told that nothing had been ordered for our windows. we asked to speak with the owner and was informed that the owner was not there but we could speak with a manager. the manager informed us that it would be approximately 4 more weeks before our window replacement parts would be available for installation and no indication as to when the parts would be installed. we have had to move a desk away from the windows so that the windows could be repaired and cannot move it back until the windows are repaired. ( the desk is an L-shaped and is very heavy and awkward to move). this means that our home is in disarray until window world decides when they will honor their guarantee. what we have also learned is that the good housekeeping seal must have some extremely low standards for the award of their seal. we were going to have the remaining windows in our home replaced by window world but we now may have to reconsider, also there is no star rating available for our rating.
