I believe this has been resolved The customer was installed on February and paid in full three days later by credit card.I apologize for not responding sooner since the email notice went to the spam folder and I was unaware of it

I have reviewed the response made...
by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, I do wish to point out two things that I believe to be very important: 1.) The quality of windows installed and the workmanship of the installation was extremely good in my opinion. 2.) This whole fiasco could have been avoided if the business office was more proactive by informing me of delays and returned phone calls when they said they would.
