They could not have been better. As they were getting close to finishing I saw 3 screens that had small defects on them. As I was going out to mention it to them I ran in to one of the guys carrying 3 news screens. They had done their own check and saw what I saw. They replaced tehm without even being asked to.
The quality of winodws, as a consumer, and not a window professional , they seem great to me. There are no drafts or fogging. After having these windows installed I am saving a lot of money on my energy bills and my hosue was never more comfortable. They also help to deaden nosies from outisde. They are a joy to operate and easy to clean.
To sum it all up If I had to do it all over again I would still choose window world.
DO NOT USE EVER! HORRILE COMPANY THAT PROVIDED NO SEVICE! I placed a window replacement order and scheduled the initial appointment for 8am. Installers arrived at 8:40 and I was told that 8:00am meant between 8am and 9am. Due to a 2 hour installation time I had to reschedule, but this did not cause me concern, I took another morning off from work for an 8am time frame that I figured would be 9am. This installer calls at 7:55am to say that he has another job first. I advise that my 8am should be completed by 12:15pm. He tells me that he will start by 10:30. After several calls into the office and a rescheduling to the afternoon, he never shows. The office apologizes and schedules a 3rd installer. He also never shows. I cancelled my order. Do not use unless non-emergency and have an infinite amount of time to install.
