My husband and I moved from OK to TN two years ago and replaced all the windows in our entire house (the home was only yrs old) during Jan and FebWith only half the windows installed...our utility bills dropped $in a two week period and NO other higher priced company [redacted] etc) was able to match the price for comparable windows or the warrantyWe are so pleased!

They had to cut out the middle of my old double hung windows to install single windowsI was told that I would have to replace the moulding but that the sill would be nice and smoothNot even closeIt is a jagged messThe installers informed me that I would have to do the repairs and frame the inside myselfThe windows don't fit properlyAll have a half inch to an inch gap at the topOther than that, they just look cheap though that's partly my fault for choosing beige instead of wood grain interiorIf I had the money, I would tear them out and start over with new wood windowsThink long and hard before making the decision to purchase these windows

I am a repeat customer with Window World, first house did all the research about the company and checked referrals! This time (two years later different house) I just picked up the phone and called for measurements. Best part is that every step of the process you have really experienced staff porfessionals. Install team (requested same as last job) and would without doubt use them again! The details matter to them! It's the little things, like having a PHD in caulking. The products speak well for themselves but again it's staff and crews that make it my new picture windows perfect!!

I used window world for the replacement of all my windows for my condo in franklin. The installers were very professional. The windows are very nice and have saved me a lot of money on my electric bill.

I had been given several recommendations for window world last fall and after shopping around we went with them bc the price was much lower than the others we looked at ([redacted], [redacted], etc). We've been pleased with the windows and the installation however, I can no longer recommend window world to anyone because of the terrible customer service when a repair is needed. They are terrible about returning calls for service repairs, apparently only have one repair guy for all of the Nashville area, it takes 2-3 weeks for someone to come out and they'll set an appointment and then not show up till 3 hours late without a courtesy call that things are running behind (even though I called 3 times to find out why I hadn't heard from the repair guy). I spoke with the manager and only got a weak apology and several excuses. So I definitely recommend you go with a different company, NOT window world.
