I do not recommend this Window World. The product is very good but the sales person and office staff need some training in how to deal with people. There was a need to speak with the salesman/owner regarding a problem with repeated requests that he call me. There was never a response. My windows were not installed and I do not wish to deal with a company who drops customers after the sale is made.
