We were out to our home on May 27th to look at problem with the doorsWhen our report came back about warped door and razors in one section we had to get the manufacture involvedUnfortunately these parts do sometimes take timeThe door comapy is now sending us the doors to switch out and fix for youI am not sure why this complaint was sent to Revdex.com when we have been handling issue since our service call

I am rejecting this response because: First, I filed a complaint against Window World for the unacceptable and rude comment that was made by ***, store owner, to my husband. The comment was "TELL YOUR WIFE TO STOP CALLING HERE" I was simply making a follow up call to check if and when a part had to be ordered and if I needed to schedule a time and date for service. Second, after the service men came out to my home and realized the part ordered was wrong, my husband called the store. He was told that they didn't know when the part/door would come in and he would just have to waitI understand that some orders do take more time depending on the manufacturer, but I do not appreciate the manner in which this particular store deals with customers

I am rejecting this responseWhen you send a representative who represents your company give mis- information who do we suppose to believewe were never told it is five weeks from the day of window measurement and numerous of phone calls were madeI think you don't have good professional standards as far as communication skills your comment confirms thatif you had just called back and someone could have explained that in a simple phone callI'm hoping installation will be far better outcome than your companies communication skills with customers.

Review: I had all new windows, front doors, and soffets replaced by Window World. I am very happy with the products. I only have one issue and it is with the front glass door. I called the office and spoke to [redacted]. He requested a serial # from the door which I obtained and called back the next day and spoke to a female who I then gave the info to. I was expecting a return call from [redacted] to sch a date for replacement or if part needed ordered. I decided to have my husband call back. When my husband called back, [redacted] told him to "TELL YOUR WIFE TO STOP CALLING HERE" This type of behavior is unacceptable, rude, and extremely unprofessional. When the part finally came in, the repairmen said that it was the wrong part ordered and my door is still not fixed. We called the office and was informed that they don't know when it will be fixed and we just have to wait.Desired Settlement: Order the correct part

Review: I contacted window world for a price quote for a window installation window world representative arrived at my home gave a demonstration of the window discussed the product. My husband and liked the product and decided to hire window world to install window. My husband signed the contract and gave a deposit we have not heard from window world, it has been almost 2 months we have made phone calls to recptionist that answer the phone we have left messages and still we have not heard from them. We reached out to representative [redacted] who sold us the window told us once he does the contract he has nothing more to do with it. I really feel I have been hustled and conned by this company and I am so glad I did not allow them to do the additional windows I need done. I have never felt so violated I will never recommend them or use them again. This is not good customer service or professional behavior at all.Desired Settlement: I will like my money back ,, money off the Window for the poor service, I want a positive outcome I really just want my window installed. Or I will take legal action if have to.
