Window World of Rochester

I have requested warranty coverage completed on a broken window that has a lifetime warranty several times over the past month and they have yet to respond to my request. I had originally asked for service on this window years ago and they never responded at that time either. I don’t understand how they are still in business. I would like the lifetime warranty on my window followed through with servicing.

Our Rochester Office Manager left Bonnie a message today asking if Saturday, January 20th would be a good day to finish the install This would allow her not to have to take time off from work

I would be happy to have the job completed in the proper manner,   and a timely manner
