The complaint we filed #***, was closed because we accepted the response from the business.
We did not want this complaint closed as they have not resolved the major complaint of not providing the screens that were in the contract. We just spoke with Window World, and they are now telling us it could be another weeks! This has been a nightmare. It will be winter before we get the screens we should have been able to use all summer. Please reopen the complaint until such time as they resolve this issue. Thank you for your help. *** * *** ***

We have spoke to the customer, and the Service Rep from the Window manufacturer will be going out to check the windows the week of November 6th. We will know the exact date, when the Rep returns from being out of town on jobs

We spoke to Mr*** on 7/7/@ 11:a.mto let him know that our manufacturer has a tentative delivery date for the screen of July Therefore, we tentatively scheduled to install The ***s' screen on July 20th @ 4:p.m *** is aware that this install will take place just as long as we receive the screen from our manufacturer on July 19th

We are going to Mr***'s house this Thursday at p.mto address these issues Our service tech was there last week, and gathered all information needed to fix the issues this Thursday

I am rejecting this response because:
Our walls fill...

with water every time it rains. Our studs all around the windows they installed are all rotted and mold is present The floors under every window is rotted out. The windows are 9 years old and the contractors say they think they have leaked from the day they were installed.. They are aware of this and can’t get someone here for 3 weeks? It’s unacceptable from a company who makes such big promises on commercials. We have had two techs from universal window twice this week. Our family of 4 sleep in one room trying to stay away from the mold in the bad rooms.They know all of this and give us the run around. Send a owner out at this point. We are trying not to file a lawsuit but they are making it tough. We just want to move forward with cold weather coming and they can’t send someone out for three weeks.im about to contact a large news station.

We have left a message for the customer today, asking if we can come out today at 5:30 to look at home.  Those in attendance will be 2 lead installation tech's, service technician, and owners.
