Window World of Western Chicago did an excellent job from start to finish. Everyone was professional and kind. The window installers worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I wouldn’t highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

Great experience, presentation was straightforward on expectations of product and time line, Professional installation with clean work area inside and out. Good team work, adjustment to change in plan was handled fairly and promptly. All to our satisfaction, highly recommended.

I had five large slider windows installed in my family room. The sales person (Joel) was very professional and helpful with my selection. He explained the different types of windows I could install. He also showed how the windows are easily cleaned. The installers (Steve and crew) were also very professional. They did an excellent job with installation and very good cleanup afterwords. I liked the quality of the windows and the work performed. I like it so much that I ordered windows for the rest of my house with no hesitation.

I want to thank Window World for my New Windows. I am 83 years old, and I am a widow of 10 years. I met with several Window Companies and I was nervous. When I set my appointment with Window World they sent Rob B. to my home and it was very easy and comfortable for me. I even told Rob, my salesmen, that other window companies just wanted me to decide right now and I did not like that Rob said for me to take my time, explaining everything. Rob even offered to call my Son who helps me and give him all the details. Rob and my son spoke before I made my decision. That made me feel good as a Senior Citizen that he would do that. I hired Window World and the job was completed and the installer was also excellent. A nice young man. I also just received a check from the Government for $450.00 because of my Window Upgrade. I would recommend Window World to all.
