Windowman

Be wary--don't use this business without an agreed upon price (in writing) before work begins. Used RoofMan (alternate business of Windowman) to replace a back portico/roof. Work dragged on for much longer than expected and costs ballooned to $1,000 over original (verbal) estimate. Owner was argumentative when it came to negotiating a price, and obviously has anger management issues. I fired him before the job was finished for his unacceptable behavior. Protect yourself from being a 'blank check' by getting a written fixed fee, or better yet, find another contractor.
