I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I understand they have a 4PM cancellation policy, but only because I was informed of that when requesting my refundNo such policy was disclosed to me upon reserving my room as I mentioned in my initial complaintIf the business claims otherwise, that is a complete falsity and I would request proof of them conveying the policy to meMe agreeing to pay for said room even without cancellation would only have been an agreement if I had agreed to a policy, which I did not Regards, [redacted]

We have a 4PM cancellation policyWhen making a reservation our front desk agents do inform guests of this policyI explained to the caller on [redacted] that when making a reservation he was entering into a verbal agreement with the hotelWe agree to hold a room for him and he agrees to pay for said roomOn this particular date we were sold out and had to turn people away while holding the room for himAll the guest had to do was call and we would have gladly cancelled his reservation and sold it to someone elseThis is why we require a credit card to make a reservationIf we don't charge people for no shows when we could have sold the room we are losing money

This company is shady and their work is shoddy. They were hired to put in all new windows in our home before we bought it, which they did. They failed to mention to the sellers and the buyers (us) that they skimped and did not lay tar paper down or any kind of window sealer. We had a leaky window which we called and complained about and they came out and shoved a whole bunch of caulk into the leak. My three year old could have done that. Now, a year later, and after torrential downpour, we have 5 leaking windows. Does that sound like a business that would work for you? I would rather camp out in the rain than have to deal with the repeated calling and waiting for good, even decent customer service and lack of professionalism that is Windows America. I would never call this company again for business or suggest them to any of my friends. This company is a joke.
