The entire process working with Adam went smoothly and professionally I was pleased with their response time and the quality of the work that was done I would recommend both Adam and Windows and More for any need that they provide!
We ordered our windows with Windows and More on February 1, and it took 3-weeks for them to come and when they came to install, several windows weren't measured right and one of the windows was already taken out so they had to put a board in it!! It took several weeks for the right windows to come in and so Dean, who was in charge was on vacation so his helper put the rest of the windows in but I noticed the sashes on a couple windows were wrong!! So they had to reorder themSo stupid us decided to order doors from them, which we ordered them on March 17, and finally came on May 30, and got one door in and so Dean came back the next day by himself and put in the other two doorsSo now the half moon window above the back door was ordered wrong(wasn't suppose to have the grids in it) so we are waiting on that, plus there is several things I'm waiting with the windowsWe never thought it would take this long to have windows and doors put in, from February to now going into JulyWe always had to call them to get updates, never the other way aroundVery disappointed when they were supposed to have an A+ rating
