Review: I signed a contract with this company on May 14, 2015 to have windows installed in my home and was told that my installation would be in 6 week 8 weeks at most and gave [redacted] the sales agent a deposit check for half of the total cost. I called on Wednesday July 22, 2015 to ask when my install date was going to be and was told that my eyebrow window needed to be re-measured, and that he did not have his appointment book to schedule a time and that he would call me the next day to set it up and he did not. Now a month later with my calls and emails not answered the window still has not been measured, and my calls not returned until I threatened to call my attorney and the Revdex.com. Last Tuesday 8.11.15 I was given a date and time to have the window measured 8.17.15 between 10am- 12 pm which was cancelled again.Desired Settlement: I want my deposit back, this company did not deliver as promised.
