BEWARE: *** Owner of Glass N’ More LLC (Dba: Windows N’ More). We expended $31,500 for window replacement based upon his REPEATED promises that we would realize a minimum 50 percent noise reduction in the interior of our home related to outside vehicular traffic. The window replacement we obtained actually resulted in our experiencing greater interior traffic noise than what we originally had with the glass he replaced. Get EVERYTHING he promises in WRITING—this man did not deliver on any of his verbal “promises” and/or “guarantees”. We filed a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors (ROC) unfortunately, they do not act on verbal representations made by Contractors. Don’t get “burned” like we did.
