They called, misrepresenting themselves as windows employees, saying that our computer was infected. They had my 80 year old mother open a [redacted] account to make two payments of $500 to "clean" the computer. While cleaning the computer, they kept asking my mother to open her bank account webpage.
After telling them we no longer need their service, they continue to call asking for my mother, using different phone numbers but for the same company. Lately they have been using 302-689-8117. They use the name "Jordan W[redacted]" sometimes.
According to Windows, they do not contact people at home, so this is just a scam.
