I did speak with [redacted] and he told me the installer would get in touch with me. My wife said the installer called and told her that there is NO window in the warehouse and that [redacted] would call me back. He has not done that.

I had spoken to the manufacturer and they stated that the window was sent couple weeks back and we checked our warehouse and did not find the item I contacted the manufacturer they said they may have made a mistake so they reordered and it is in production right now and will be in our office June 11th if not sooner as soon as we receive the window we're going to contact the customer immediately to schedule an installation date. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused but we will take care of it as soon as possible.
