This company didn't do everything possible at first to make the situation right. And yes right now they have installed the window and I am content with it. It just should not of been such a problem to get fixed to begin with.

Review: I had a problem with this company with them being on a timely fashion with having my windows installed and now I have a sash that has cracked over the winter and the window is supposed to have a lifetime warranty on it. And yet they were called about the problem in February and I am still being put off about the window being replaced. There is no reason for someone to be put off and treated as though their business isn't a priority. I believe an 8 week period just to get a sash replaced is rediculous especially when they called three weeks ago set up a time to install then tell you that it was someone else's and still no answer to when you will be taken care of. Had a screen that was damaged during installation and it has been over 7 mos. and still no replacement for that either.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to replace the window and the screen and for it to have been done in a professional way which so far hasn't happened. They have not even apologized for all this inconvenience I have gone through.
