Review: 4/16/14 I get a call at about 5:35pm today from #888-0997-1637, by person by the name of '[redacted]'. [redacted] is telling me that I have a virus on my computer and to allow me to have him talk me though my computer to get this (supposenly) "virus" off my computer. I know I do not have a virus on my computer and I know about computers..... I immediately tell "[redacted]" that I want to speak to his Supervisor. I get "[redacted]" on the phone and this person tells me that the Company is 'Windows Tech Department and has been in business for 5 yrs or more. I told "[redacted]" that I do not Believe him and I am on a Do Not Call List and I do not have a Virus on my computer. "[redacted]" kept talking to me , matter a fact started yelling at me and telling me that I have a virus on my computer & don't I want to get it off my computer!Desired Settlement: This so called company and or People need to be served a fine, Etc ....
