Review: I am tired of continuously getting phone calls - all different numbers - from people (who don't speak very good English) -saying they represent Windows Techinical Support or some other Technical Support BUsiness that handles Windows Computers. They want me to turn on my computer so they can 'fix' a problem. I have told them to NOT call over and over - they call several times a month - sometimes every week.

This last call today came from #[redacted]. The man said he was calling from NY. I could hear people whispering in the background as I asked him his name and phone number (I got it off my phone) He would not give out any information other than to say he was a Muslim and asked if I was!!! I find this not only strange but disturbing.

We have repeatedly asked for this calls to stop - but they continue. IF Microsoft Window Support is making these calls, I want them stopped immediately. If they 'farm' these calls out to other Tech. services, I want these calls stopped IMMEDIATELY!Desired Settlement: Stop the phone calls IMMEDIATELY.

Review: I received a call stating that my computer has a lot of viruses and they wanted me to purchase some antivirus protection for 149.99 . I told them to please get out of my completer and I was told that I was going to loose my Microsoft license. I told him that I do not have one. the person that I spoke to was a [redacted] He was very pushy and insistant stating my compueter was affecting other compueters. I ask him to get out of my compueter and I was told that I would not be able to use Microsoft at all.Desired Settlement: Please do not delete my Microsoft software and I did not give them any information.

Review: A person continuously calls representing Windows Support and working with the state I have been advised the should never call anyone and I should never give out my information. My husband and I have repeatedly either hung up, told them never to call me again, I even told them I do not have a computer or that it is in the shop but they still continue to call. can you help with this?Desired Settlement: Ban them from calling this number

Review: We have gotten several calls from "Windows Technical Support" saying that they are in charge of our computers. Previously, sounding like it a scam we've asked that they not call again.

Today, I asked the person who called for his name and phone number. He said his name was [redacted]6936. I am very concerned that this is a scam and that people may be giving private information that could allow someone access into their computers for illegal activity.Desired Settlement: Stop these practices of unsolicited phone sales or whatever you are up to. Police investigation seems warranted.
