Review: We purchased new windows w/lifetime guarantee in 2010 one of our sliding windows developed a leak between the panes of glass which resulted in spots and fogging on the inside of the window pane. we first notified this company of the problem in march of 2013, they said they would order a new window pane replacement and that it would take about six weeks. After 3 mos we called again to see where our replacement window was and they said that they had no record of our primary call and that they would place the order again. Here it is 6 mos later and no phone call no window replacement, numerous attempts to contact this company only to get an answering machine, messages were left and no call backDesired Settlement: We want the window pane replaced

Review: I have Lifetime guarantee.And window broke, because of gases. Now the guarantee does not cover broken window.Desired Settlement: I would like my window replaced & locks repair on my sliding glass doors.

Review: I ordered windows from [redacted] on 4/24/13 and 14 weeks later they were installed after an initial time frame of 6-8 weeks. He was very unresponsive to phone calls about the status is windows. After the original order, two windows were forgotten by him and he said he would replace them. Fourteen weeks later, he installed lesser quality windows and did not finish the job. I was told by his office employee that the contract was fulfilled and he would not return. The owner of this company does not return phone calls and places blame for delays on window manufacturer.Desired Settlement: I would like the two lesser quality windows replaced with matching Polaris windows and installed in their entirety, including exterior finishes at no cost. Also, I would like the work done in 6 week time frame.

I hired them to do my windows which I paid half in advance and never heard from them in a year. They close their office. A year later after trying the manager who had collected my money called me to say that the owner had left to Florida and taken everyone's money and he was trying to make it better.
They came to put in the windows but non of them were professional. He hired a bunch of young guys and they did a horrible job. I had to replace them again more again.
I didn't want to have anything with them ever again so I left to the universe and Karma to take care of them.

Review: I placed an order for 4 windows (2 non-functioning) on May 10, 2013. We were told the windows would take 4-6 weeks to come in and be installed. We had gone with this company before and though we had troubles with this company at that time as well, we did have the windows ordered and installed within a month and a half. It is now going towards 3 months and every time we call to find out when the windows will be in we are simply told "they are not in yet". No one calls us for updates on why the windows are not in yet, we constantly have to call ourselves. I just learned that the windows were held up due to a salesmans personal issues which I don't see any sense in that excuse. I could only see that excuse working if the salesman is having the windows delivered to his house and he is holding them up personally. I was told the windows would be installed (no specific date given) in August. This is poor customer service on the companies part to put all the blame on one salesman and not to have another employee expedite our order within the time frame quoted to us and also listed on your companies website in the FAQ's section. Q. How long will it take once you order my windows until they are installed? A. While time frames vary depending upon a number of factors from the total number of windows to the time of the year, the entire process can take as little as two to three weeks.Desired Settlement: I would like the windows to be installed within the first week of August 2013. We feel this is not an unreasonable request from Windows Unlimited since we have already put a down payment on the windows and ordered them in May.For a company to have such disreguard for their customers is a good way to make sure you never get repeat customers or good referrals.

Review: Company required downpayment when contract was signed in 11/2/13 of $7,000. They stated that they could start/finish the work in January when they proceeded to collect an additional $3,500 on 1/20/14. They worked approximately 3 days and stopped secondary to weather. They resumed work in march and never came on time, stayed limited hours, did not have the proper equipment, did not have our materials, and would not show up at all. [redacted] and his "crew supervisor" [redacted] reported that our project would not take more that a week. We are now at the end of June with one side of a two story almost completed, partial of the back and 1/2 the other side completed. No work has begun on the front. They will not deliver our materials that the owner, [redacted] reports are in storage at [redacted]. We are out a significant amount of money and there is no schedule or date that they will commit to for completion.Desired Settlement: 1. Complete the work outlined in our contract within 2 weeks of contact by Revdex.com; or,2. Deliver all of our materials that have been paid for (including documentation of cost for items) and provide a refund for items that have not been purchased and services that were not provided.
