I have been contacted by a company that say they are Windows PC security and they call from different numbers (non business name) all hours day and nightthey want access to your computer and don't tell you why other than someone is trying to steal your informationOne day without thinking I gave them access remotely and after I thought about it for a few minutes I told them to stop what they were doing and to call at a later time after that my computer locked up had to get it fixed..now they have started calling again I have told them to take me off of their call list and to not call again they have called several times since I have told them I was reporting them and when I tell them I am reporting them they hang up...this is harassment and I feel like they are wanting access to my information to do whatever they want to with it..the employees are very pushy and rude

Shortly after purchasing a new computer I received a call from this companyThe caller said he is authorized by Microsoft to call people whose computers have problemsHe attempted to sell me an insurance policy for the computer I then called Microsoft which told me this company should be avoided
