I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.However, I believe the lack of communication from the Business regarding this matter was very un-professional I hope this does not happen to other customers in the future ---* ***

We did in fact have issues with getting this part to him. He called after 2-3 weeks and asked about it, I was surprised he hadn't received a message that it was backordered because we were waiting on the manufacturer of the part. The next time I heard from him ( I am not sure why we didn't get...

the phone messages) was August 5th 9:01pm when he filled out our web form. I responded back on August 6th 2:26, that we were still waiting and I could offer him a refund and cancel the order if he would like, to which I received no response. On August 8th we got the part in and I emailed him again to see if he still wanted it or if he wanted us to refund the money. He said he wanted it and a discount, I asked what he would like and we shipped the part, but haven't heard back on what he is looking for.
