This customers complaint is based on all lies? We were installing siding and the customer decided she was not happy with the quality of the sidingI offered to remove what we had done and install new siding of? her choice at no additional costShe agreedThen the day we were to start removing the siding she licked us off the job, started smearing my name on Facebook, started go fund me pages and turned it into my insurance I have proof of all of this I can send as well

This customer wanted to set out schedule and was not happy when I would not let them dictate my hoursThey did not return the rental equipmentI paid the rental company to pick it upThe customer asked for a $5,refund because we did some of the workAnd? $Is what they received back?

I am rejecting this response because:
Steve had a completion date on his contract that he could not keepWe even extended the completion date for him. Steve was not showing up to complete the work in the allotted time, and when he was here he could not make sufficient progress to meet MILLER CONSTRUCTION'S completion dateAs for the tools, Miller Construction rented these tools to complete the work, so it was Miller Construction's responsibility to return the toolsSteve would not answer his phone when we reached out to him in regards to these rented tools sitting in the yard for over a weekSteve also did not contact the rental company to pick up the tools - the rental company reached out to Miller Construction because these tools were never returned and the rental company considered the tools to be stolenSteve gave them our address and they came to pick them upWe did not even receive a phone call from Steve stating they would be picking up the rented tools or that Steve would never be back on site to complete the workWe had to involve local authorities to document the tool returnAs for the $5,he agreed to pay us when talking with local authorities, we have not seen that money from MILLER CONSTRUCTIONWe reached out to his bond company to cash his bond for uncompleted work, which is separate from the money MILLER CONSTRUCTION owes usWe are still waiting on the money Steve Miller owes us for the down payment of windows that were never ordered or receivedHe also owes us for the regrading of the yard (Per Contract)This cost is over $4,000.00.
