Windshield Magic

Do NOT use this business. They replaced my wife's wind shield, and the first day it got hot the windshield cracked. I took it back thinking they would take care of it. The owner refused to do anything and claimed it was a nick that was caused by us. I can assure you it was no nick in the glass. The glass cracked the 1st day it was out in the sun and heat 3 days after install. It was due to improper installation and pressure. I even got out a magnifying glass to show him there is no nick. A nick is very easy to see under a magnifying glass, and there was certainly no nick. However, it was obvious the owner wasn’t going to warranty the work and was going to make up excuses. If you take your car here, don’t expect any type of warranty. After trying to reason with the owner, his parting sarcastic words were “Thank you for your whining”. I think his comments are an example of the type of service you can expect from this business.

I will never go anywhere else for my windshield repairs!! Jeff takes extreme pride in the quality of work he does Our entire experience from working with the insurance company to the repair and replacement was extraordinary! Jeff and Nonda went beyond the call of duty when they let us spend a couple of extra days on their lot with our motor home due to a mechanical issue Great people with big hearts!
