I do not accept the Business answer because MrsD*** accepted my request and indicated I needed to put it in writingThe email the business supplied clearly indicates I needed an extension for my notice not an extension to stayI asked that instead of days notice, I was able to give a day notice and they agreedleasing office did not reply back to my email and if they say they wanted me to sign documents for an additional month, how come they did not pursue it further? they just forgot I had to sign? They cannot just assume I wanted to stay longer, and later on pretend the conversation never happenedWe are talking about a business not being serious enough to reply back and say: we accept your day notice or notThe following month I got a reminder my lease was expiring and is when I clarified to them I did not want to stay but present my noticeThis was a phone conversation with Donna D***, and the fact they "assumed" I wanted to stay longer is unacceptable
When Donna asked me to send an email indicating I would present a day notice, I was under the impression it was enoughThey would normally send a paper notification for renewal which I never receivedIf they claim they sent me an email for me to sign, how come I was not reached out by phone or with a paper notification left at the door knob? They just want to profit when in reality I followed the lease by providing a notice days prior leaving and asking them to allow me to let them know days if I would stay or leaveThey agreed

[redacted] was a former resident of the [redacted] at Loudon (formally Windsor at Fieldstone).  He lapsed on rent payments therefore was evicted from his apartment for nonpayment.  We have spoken to...
