Review: I have a 2011 Hyndai Santa Fe and a few weeks ago when I got my car washed it came out of the drive thru with the front license plate bent outward and the rim around it cracked. This is the second time it has happened. I asked to speak to the manager and told him what happened. The first time was sometime last year and I let it go cause I know he doesn't take responsibility for anything that goes wrong. But now that it happened again I told him that I was never using this place again and that I wanted a refund on a coupon book I had just bought on my previous visit. He sells books with coupons that you can use for a car wash service, making each visit a little less expensive. He said they were non refundable. He said there was nothing wrong in his car wash service that it was the cheep rim that they put around the plate. I insisted a refund because I was not going to go to his car wash anymore cause of the damage to my plate a second time. He kept refusing to refund my money. The reason I said that he does not take responsibility is because a few years ago there was a situation where I was on line for a wash and the sign said to alternate because there are two lines for the service. This is on Rt 130 which is very busy. The car on my right did not let me go in front of him insisting he was on line first and didn't care about the alternating rules. The manager was right there and I called him over and told him. He said "not my problem" the police made that rule. I said you own this place and you should enforce the rules but again he just turned away, and the car to my right did not let me in and proceeded to go first. Obviously this manager doesn't care about his customers. I told him that I was going to lodge this complaint. He didn't care. People like him should not be running a business with that kind of attitude.Desired Settlement: All I want is a refund for the coupon book I just purchased due to the fact that I will not be using his car wash service any longer.
