From: Andrew G[redacted] Sent: Sunday, February 26, 2017 2:33 PMTo: Subject: ID -Windsor Court & Tower ApartmentsImportance: High [redacted],I wanted to recap the complaint made to your office on January 27th, 2017 (ID [redacted]). Per our telephone conversation last I said we were not able to get a response regarding repairs made to [redacted]’s apartment repairs however I was looking at apartment #[redacted] records and not [redacted]’s apartment #[redacted], I do apologize.  Our records indicate there was a request made on 12/10/16 to have the hall bathroom toilet seat replaced, and then again on 1/19/17 a request was made to have the master bedroom bathroom toilet seat replaced, both repairs were completed.  The laundry rooms and trash rooms are cleaned seven days a week every morning, we would hope they would remain in that condition at least until the following morning however that is not always possible.  The carpeting in the hallways is cleaned as needed on a daily basis plus Professionally Sanitized and [redacted] at least once a year. Pest Control is performed each week in preventative rotary service (entire) buildings as well as call in service available to all residents.  The laundry and trash rooms are also treated by our pest control company as evidence requires, including one total knock-out of the trash chute from the 7th floor to the basement storage areas.  The apartments are inspected on an annual basis for housekeeping issues that can greatly reduce the effectiveness of our pest control program.  The laundry contractors changed out their equipment in early January.  The main entrances to each building was posted along with instructions on how to obtain a new laundry card as the prior contractors cards would not function with the new contractors machines. The laundry equipment transition was completed in four days, however there was some confusion regarding the new cards, new funding machines and (new) defective cards.  Guest/Visitors parking is available on a first come first served basis unfortunately due to availability we do have to limit the number of passes we issue to each leaseholder. Public street parking is also permitted on the shoulders of Castle Boulevard for guests/visitors again based on availability.  Recently we have made changes in the management structure and I am currently managing this community during the transition.  Should you need any further information regarding this complaint please let me know. Regards, Andrew G[redacted], ARM®Residential Portfolio ManagerZuckerman Gravely Management, Inc.Phone (703) 582-0591

I'm sorry but I disagree with everything that Mr. Grigg has said in hisresponse. To begin with, I requested a new toilet seat since November of2016. It was only until January of 2017 that they finally fixed my toiletseat. The trash is only taken out 5 days a week, not 7. They only work fromMonday to Friday. The smell of the trash room smells everywhere, especiallybecause it is right next to the elevators. This makes it hard to breathewhen going and coming back. The laundry room is extremely filthy. It's beenso long that I've washed my clothes there because of how disgusting it is.I have to take my clothes to the laundromat at the shopping center where welive. They have never sent any letter or paperwork to notify the residentsof their change of the laundry cards or the machines. It took 3 weeksbefore I got a new card and was actually be able to use it. You can checkmy records and verify the date that I was given a new card, after callingthem everyday during that time. Just to let you know, the building isstarting to have bed  bugs which I already informed one of the maintenancemen about who have witnessed this as well. The guest/visitor parking permitshould not be on a "first come, first serve" basis. Everyone should beallowed to have a permit and now have to worry about being towed. There area lot of people who live in this building that I know and they all complainabout the same problems. We are paying our rent on time every single month,so it is only fair that we be given the same amount of respect and propertreatment that we deserve. Trying to explain something so the leasingoffice becomes so frustrating because of the rude tone that they typicallyspeak to you with and their impatience. I am definitely not happy with theservice of Windsor Court and Tower Apartments.Thank You.
