Oct 25th 2016On June 18, our customer brought in his motorhome with miles into our facility as it had a bad misfire due to a spark plug coming loose from the cylinder head causing the threads to strip outUpon evaluation of the concern and approval from the customer we
repaired the cylinder head threads, as well we replaced all spark plugs and coil which was damaged when the spark plug blew out of the cylinder headAll of the spark plugs were replaced as per our records. The customer contacted us approximately months and miles after our repairs to inform us that his engine was damaged due to his spark plugs not being replaced(Incorrect spark plugs were not verified by his local dealer)The customer had stated that his Check Engine Light did not come on, if a spark plug was misfiring more than times per key cycle the Check Engine Light would have come onHad the customer had the running rough concern addressed immediately rather than driving miles further base engine concerns may have been avoided.Windsor Ford sympathizes with our customer but we believe we have no responsibility in the concern

Unfortunately, my experience with the Service Manager at Windsor Ford has pulled down the entire staff's "grade."
Until [redacted] began to be disrespectful, my experience at Windsor Ford was great.
On three occasions Mr. [redacted] began increasingly more disrespectful. To the point where his staff were apologizing on his behalf for his behavior. And on my last interaction with him, he said, "take your keys and go away." Because he was tired of dealing with an on-going issue with the balancing of the tires on my [redacted].
Now, you would have thought that I just told him that he was a fool and doesn't know what he's talking about, or much worse. But nothing of the sort.
And certainly, no one at Windsor Ford hears me complaining or worse about the 5 or 6 warranty issues that I've had with the vehicle. My only complaints now and have ever been, are regarding [redacted]'s attitude towards customers who prefer to have their vehicles in tip top shape. I've discussed the issue with [redacted], the owner, and it's been 8 business days and I've still not received a response from him. In turn Windsor Ford has less and less going for it as each day goes by.

I am rejecting this response because:
There are several incorrect items in Windsor Fords statement:
1) I did attempt to contact Windsor Ford right away, however I never received a call back.  
2)The 10 spark plugs were either never replaced, partially replaced or were replaced by inferior spark plugs (perhaps not knowingly) as I pulled 3 inferior [redacted] spark plugs out of 3 different cylinders when Windsor Ford told me they used all genuine [redacted] spark plugs.  They were the last ones to work on my vehicle.
Consequently one of the [redacted] spark plugs has caused engine failure.
3) I did bring the [redacted] spark plug into [redacted] (another [redacted] dealership) and showed Nick, the service manager who did a compression test (on my own dollars) 
indicating such.
